Payment comes before processing. The form lists cash, check, cashier's check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Exact hearing dates reduce the risk of ordering the wrong recording.
Access and Restrictions
Oregon generally permits inspection of nonexempt court records, but public access has firm limits. Adoption, juvenile, mental-health, and VAWA-protected matters are excluded from online search.
